About the Role
We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join Axis and work closely with our teams and leaders to support our growing organization.
This is a hands-on People role covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and People Operations. You’ll act as a trusted partner to managers and employees while helping us build a strong employee experience and high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement.
Drive talent management and development initiatives, including career development and succession planning.
Identify learning needs and coordinate L&D programs and development initiatives.
Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture activities.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day People matters.
Support onboarding, probation, internal movements, promotions, and offboarding.
Track key People metrics and provide insights to support better people decisions.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of People policies and processes.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in HR / People functions.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to other People areas.
Experience in Talent Management, L&D, Engagement, Performance Management, or People Operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong command of English and Arabic.
Experience in fintech, technology, startups, or financial services is a plus.
