Overview of the role

As an operations coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensure handle KYCs process end to end. You will be responsible for :

• Review daily KYCs done by external partners.

• Take the proper action for the needed KYCs

• Handle External partners KYCs flow.

• Assist in prepare the weekly KYCs and ship it to the bank.

• Ensure to meet the agreed time frame with our partner bank.

What you'll be doing

• Collecting required documents from partner companies in a timely manner.

• Facilitating the collection and drop-off of documents to our partners if needed.

• Participating in on-ground activations to onboard customers.

What Skills You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
